Nueveuno Tequila Reposado is an organic, kosher-certified tequila produced at the Rancho Miravalle distillery (NOM 1426) in Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexioc, by master distiller Nohemi Partida of the renowned Partida family. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged for 8 months in American oak barrels, it's bottled at 40% ABV. The reposado typically retails for around $70-90. According to the producer, the spirit shows notes of walnut, preserved cherry, apricot kernel, vanilla, caramel, cooked agave, violet and nutmeg, with a silky, lightly sweet palate and long finish.
