  • Nose:

Sweet cream, light vinegar. Apples, pears, nice minerality. Lightly funky agave character. Not too much ammonia.

  • Taste:

Medium mouth feel, mild heat if any. Delicious blend of confectioners sugar, faint beet / tomato / agave funk and white pepper. Almost some light citrus and cardamom. Nice earth structure as well.

  • Finish:

Short, but full of flavor. Light ash, lots of pepper, and some light minerality.

  • Overall:

Pretty enjoyable, and delivers at a very nice proof. Big fan.
