  • Nowadays manages to balance the sweetness and tartness well enough to merit further sipping, and I enjoyed a couple of shots back to back. It also lends itself nicely to fruity cocktail recipes such as daiquiris and berry margaritas.

  • While not overly complex, its well-balanced sweet and tart profile makes for an enjoyable sip. The potent weed note may not be for everyone, but I’ve grown to enjoy it. It pairs well with fruit juices such as kiwi, cherry and orange, alongside a splash of soda water.

    Citrusy and zingy!

  • Taste:

    With a sour candy-forward profile, it suggests notes of crushed SweeTarts, Lemonheads and sugared grapefruit peel. It is almost creamy in the mouth, with an herbal funk kicking in on the midpalate.

  • Finish:

    The medium-length finish concludes with lemon juice and a distinct weedy character that sits heavy on the exhale.

  • Overall:

    Fun! Nowadays' High Dose expression packs 10mg of THC per 1.5 oz serving, leaving me mildly relaxed. If you're new to these products, experiment with the brand’s Low Dose or Micro Dose offerings. While not overly complex, its well-balanced sweet and tart profile makes for an enjoyable sip. The potent weed note may not be for everyone, but I’ve grown to enjoy it.
