Nossa Cachaça is a single-estate cane spirit produced at Fazenda Santo Antônio in Pitangui, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Made from hand-cut, freshly pressed sugarcane, it is single-distilled in 1,000-liter copper stills and aged for one year in first-use 700-liter amburana barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV, its hosts a suggested retail price of $49.
