Produced at Casa Maestri, Nosotros Tequila has taken on many forms over the years. In 2022 it debuted the world's first cider-aged tequila, and a couple years before that distilled Elon Musk's infamous Tesla Tequila. The brand's Reposado is aged 11 months in French Oak barrels — let's take a look.

- Sweet again on the palate. Honey, toffee, creme brûlée, cinnamon, cake batter, tons of fruit loop character. Bright but fruity and sweet, perhaps a bit much.

- It’s heavy with a brown sugar — almost flan-like — sweetness, quite rich and unctuous. Loads of baking spice, a mix of florals, and some coconut notes emerge — along with a light red berry note that offers a surprising refreshing character amidst all the sugar.

Nose:
Fruit Loops and can batter, the nose is fruity, sweet, full of tropical fruits and custard.

Taste:
Sweet again on the palate. Honey, toffee, creme brûlée, cinnamon, cake batter, tons of fruit loop character. Bright but fruity and sweet, perhaps a bit much.

Finish:
Short finish, clean and peppery with more fruit, custard and cake batter.

Overall:
It’s oddly sweet, not my favorite although it’s a sort of indulgent sweetness. It’s desserty in a way I don’t love from repo.
