This is a ready-to-serve mocktail from No More Cafe, a Zero Proof bar in New York City dedicated to serving up mocktails given the same level of thought, craft and care as boozy concoctions from high-end cocktail bars. This one is the Amber Dream. It contains no alcohol and is made with agave, angelica root, banana, barley, black peppercorn, cardamom, chamomile, cinnamon, cinchona bark, clove, coriander, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, figs, ginger, H2O, lemon, molasses, oak chips, orange, popcorn, rye, salt, sugar, tarragon, vanilla, vegetable glycerin and verjus.

Big, bold and spice-laden nose. Powdered ginger and a touch of cumin drive the boat, joined by a touch of lemon -- this reminds me of a spiced apple cider so far: spicy and warm.
Spice and citrus galore. Loads of ginger, lots of lemon and some toasted grains -- big barley note.
Ginger ale and lemon lead the finish, joined by cinnamon, cardamom and a touch of cumin.
This is a really good, distinctive, nonalcoholic RTD. It's refreshing, spice-heavy, fairly complex and quite well balanced. I'm impressed!
