  • Nose:

Rich and butterscotch at first. There’s a hint of coffee, toffee, salted caramel, rye bread and a bit of pepper.

  • Taste:

Sweet on the palate with a medium viscosity. Heat is nowhere to be found. Pleasant and sweet. Creamed corn, vanilla, rye bread, toffee and salted caramel with a bit of oak and pepper.

  • Finish:

Short to medium finish. There's a little heat here, but it's entirely pleasant and full of caramel and rye spice.

  • Overall:

Another lovely one from the literary duo here with Simonson’s release from NYDC.

  • Score:

    85
