House Review
  • Nose:

    Unmistakably rye here. Spicy and fruity. Clove, white pepper, a hint of ginger. Sweet fruits, a little bit of mint.

  • Taste:

    Sweet on the palate before the spice storms in. Brown sugar, minty rye, clove, faint melon and some oak tannins.

  • Finish:

    Long finish, powerfully spicy on its way out. Brown sugar, more mint, clove, pepper and ginger returns once more.

  • Overall:

    Beyond neat, this works exceptionally well in rye cocktails. New Riff’s Rye is in hot demand for a reason - its’ great now and extra aging time is only going to take this from good to great.
