The finish is lengthy and heavy with herbs, eucalyptus, earth, and aromatics, making this a nice pick for those who like their gins squarely on the side of earthy, heavily savory botanicals.
On its own, I think the palate may be trying to do too much. There’s so many loud, unusual ingredients in here that it never quite comes together for me.
