  • Sweet, delicious Irish whiskey. It's not the most complex bottle around, but it's sweet, really distinctive and easy to enjoy.

  • Nose:

Nutty and distinctive nose that has some meatiness to it. Toasted walnuts, chestnut, a hint of smoke.

  • Taste:

Sweet and nutty on the palate. Chestnut and almond notes abound, joined by sourdough rolls, cinnamon, Dreamsicle, granulated sugar and toasted oak. It's a touch tannic and dry but not overwhelmingly so.

  • Finish:

Smooth, medium finish with faint ethanol, a big hit of vanilla, pleasant oak and a kiss of banana pudding.

  • Overall:

Sweet, delicious Irish whiskey. It's not the most complex bottle around, but it's sweet, really distinctive and easy to enjoy. The perfect Irish whiskey for bourbon fans.
