Mosto Tequila Reposado is produced by Casa Mosto Tequila at Hacienda El Olvido in Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% blue weber agave grown in Los Altos and cooked in stone ovens. The juice is extracted using a roller mill, then fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers. It is double distilled in copper pot stills and stainless pot stills with copper coils. The tequila is aged in white oak barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV.
