Montelobos Pechuga is a mezcal espadin distilled for the third time with turkey breast, seasonal fruits and spices. It is produced at Palenque Montelobos in Rancho Loma Larga, Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, by Maestro Mezcaleros Iván Saldaña and Guadalupe García.
