Montelobos Ensamble is an artisanal mezcal produced in Puebla by Maestro Mezcalero Aarón Alva. It is made from approximately 53% papalote (agave cupreata), 35% espadin and tails from Montelobos tobala agave, all free of pesticides and herbicides. It is bottled at 45.3% ABV and sells for around $80.
