Montaraz Bacanora Silver is produced by Hacienda las Calaveras in La Colorada, Sonora, Mexico. The spirit is made from 100% agave espadín (Agave Pacifica/Angustifolia) that grows in the harsh desert conditions. The company was created by members of the Torres family, inspired by the legacy of patriarch Don Manuel Torres, alias "Montaraz."
