Produced in southern Nelson County, Kentucky, Monk's Road Fifth District Series 1 “Cold Spring Distillery” is a 6-year-old high-rye single barrel bourbon from Log Still Distillery. Bottled at 100 proof, it marks the first release in the Fifth District Series and honors the historic Cold Spring Distillery, established in the 1800s on the same site. The mashbill is undisclosed.
