Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is the 15th release in the brand’s annual limited-edition series. Produced in Germany’s Black Forest, the gin is made with 47 botanicals plus a yearly chosen 48th ingredient. For 2025, the added botanical is fleur de sel harvested from the Camargue salt marshes in southern France. The gin is bottled at 47% ABV and released in limited quantities.
