Mis Aguacates Extra Añejo is produced at Tequila Selecto de Amatitan in Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, aged in American white oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.
