Mis Aguacates Blanco is produced at Tequila Selecto de Amatitan in Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in ovens, extracted with a roller mill, and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is then double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
