Ming River Sichuan Baijiu is a Chinese spirit made at Luzhou Laojiao distillery in Sichuan Province, China's oldest continuously operating distillery established in 1573. It uses locally harvested red sorghum grain fermented in earthen pits with native yeast cultures for two months, then distilled in traditional Chinese pot stills and aged up to two years. The spirit is bottled at 45% ABV and retails for $35 to $45.
