Mile High Spirits Fireside Single Barrel is a 5-year-old straight bourbon whiskey produced in Denver, Colorado. Aged in 53-gallon char #3 barrels at Mile High’s warehouse, the bourbon is made from a mashbill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, including a chocolate malt variety. All grains are sourced from local farms.
Mile High Spirits should pat themselves on the back for how well their bourbon seems to be aging. Not every craft distillery can claim that their products are getting better with age.
