M&H Distillery Apex Jerusalem Mountains is part of the distillery’s terroir-focused series and was released in 2025. This single malt whisky was matured at 576 meters above sea level in the cool, humid pine forests of the Jerusalem Mountains in Israel. The region’s climate allows for slow maturation. It is bottled at 55.4% ABV in a 700ml format.
