  • Thin mouth feel, no heat. Salty, briny, earthy. Rubber and ammonia, super funky. Tomato, citrus, leather. Faintly meaty. Lightly smoky.

  • This mezcal instantly evokes memories of the day after a California wildfire. Quite sweet on the tongue and true to the nose with a very lively mouthfeel and pleasant bitterness. The finish is very long and sweet with a gentle heat and bitterness while the smoke lingers through the whole experience.
