Mezcal Los Siete Misterios was founded by brothers Julio and Eduardo Mestre with the goal of preserving traditional mezcal production techniques. Doba-Yej, which translates to Maguey Espadín in the ancient Zapotec language, is produced in various regions of Oaxaca, Mexico.
