Mezcal Complice is a joven mezcal produced from 100% Espadin agave by Mezcalero Ignacio Martínez in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. The agave is harvested after 8-10 years of maturation, cooked in river-stone pit ovens, crushed with horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats and double distilled in copper stills. It is bottled at 43% ABV and sells for around $72.
