Mezcal Amarás Verde is a 40%-ABV joven mezcal produced in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, Mexico, using 8-year-old espadín agave. It is cooked in conical stone ovens with ocote, oak and pirul wood, milled using an Egyptian-style mill, fermented in pine wood vats and distilled in copper stills. Label designs vary.
