Menaud Gin is produced in Canada with a base of 75% wheat and 25% rye, fermented from locally grown grains on L'Isle-aux-Coudres. After two distillations, a third distillation adds local botanicals, including juniper berry, coriander, sumac, glasswort, barberry, elderberry, wild caraway, balsam poplar, amber flower, black spruce, woolly hedgenettle, celery root and alder pepper. With an ABV of 42%, it is priced around $58.
