McCarthy's Blend is an Irish whiskey produced at The Great Northern Distillery. This initial release from the McCarthy's range is a non-chill filtered blend with an exacting triple distilled and double casked maturation process. The spirit is matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in seasoned Sherry casks, and bottled at 40% ABV.
