Mater Gin Sicilia is produced by Alma Distilleria Artigianale in Sicily. It is distilled in copper pot stills using a slow, discontinuous process and contains botanicals including Italian juniper, coriander, Siracusa lemon peel, Sicilian sweet orange peel, Modicana almond, rosemary, broom and Sicilian sugarcane honey.
