Masterson’s 10-Year-Old Straight Rye Whiskey is a rye whiskey is sourced from an undisclosed Canadian producer. It is thus made using a minimum of 51% rye grains and aged for at least two years. Masterson’s is named after Bat Masterson, a famous Wild West lawman.
There’s nothing exciting or interesting here, just some bitterness that is somewhat unpleasant when taken neat. And since the price point is roughly the same price as WhistlePig, I’d recommend giving this a hard pass.
