Manufaktur Jorg Geiger Blanc de Blanc comes from Schlat, Germany, and is a nonalcoholic sparkling wine at less than 0.5% ABV. Produced from organic Chardonnay and Colombard grapes, the base wine ferments and matures on the lees for two years before gentle dealcoholizing. The finished wine is refined with apple, gooseberry, tangerine and wildflowers, then carbonated. The 750 mL bottling is priced at about $34.
