Mala Vida Tequila Añejo is produced at Tequilas El Mexicano in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% blue weber agave cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV after aging for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
