Maggie’s Farm White Rum is distilled from raw turbinado cane sugar sourced from Louisiana. The cane undergoes open fermentation for nearly three weeks with Caribbean-derived rum yeast and is then pot-distilled for full body and flavor. The finished rum is gradually proofed down over an extended period and aged in stainless steel for up to three months. Produced in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
