Maestro Dobel Pavito is produced at La Rojeña in Mexico and bottled at 40% ABV, retailing for about $59.99. It's a tequila that incorporates pechuga, or turkey breast, during distillation. The process involves double distilling Maestro Dobel's Silver tequila in copper pot stills, followed by macerating fruits and spices. A third distillation is then performed with the pechuga placed at the top of the still, infusing the tequila vapors with aromatics and intensifying its complexity.
