Macaloney's Island Distillery produces several peated single malt expressions at its Victoria, British Columbia, facility using Canadian barley peat-smoked to 54 ppm. The Siol Dugall expression, a medium peated offering, was married from a combination of Kentucky Bourbon casks, virign American casks and re-charred Portuguese red wine barriques. Prices typically range around $85-135 CAD.
