  • I really like how this is not too sweet and has an attractive bitterness. A really solid NA version of an aperol spritz if I've ever found one.

  • Nose:

Jasmine, apricots and a little whiff of cinnamon. Bracing fruity freshness throughout.

  • Taste:

Did I just dip into an Aperol Spritz? Wow, this is a dead ringer for the Italian Aperitivo hour classic — without the booze. There's that attractively synthetic apricot vibe that I'd expect from aperol. The spritz is well-integrated and not too sweet.

  • Finish:

Crisp and refreshing with some bitterness that adds pleasant structure.

  • Overall:

I really like how this is not too sweet and has an attractive bitterness. A really solid NA version of an aperol spritz if I've ever found one.

  • Score:

    96
