Produced by Windon Distilling Company in St. Michaels, Maryland, it is double distilled in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana cane, utilizing a hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses.
The rum lights up the palate with a swirl of alcohol, caramel, and earthy molasses that transitions into notes of minerals and woody oak tannins providing for an acidic finish.
