Los Vecinos Del Campo Tobalá is a 90-proof joven mezcal made from 100% tobalá agave in the Valles Centrales of Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced by a group of 10 mezcalero families, the agave is roasted underground, crushed with a stone molino, fermented in wooden vats and double distilled in copper pot stills. This small-batch offering is part of a collaborative project between Sazerac and Casa San Matías.

  • It's flavor is rich, with rounded notes of sweet, barbecued tropical fruits and a palate-tingling spice. Very easy to sip.
