Locke + Co. Distilling DU Aspen Signature Bourbon is a limited-edition Colorado bourbon created in collaboration with the University of Denver. Aged over five years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels, the bourbon is finished with hand-cut, hand-charred aspen wood discs sourced from DU’s Kennedy Mountain Campus. This special-edition release, called Aspen Signature Bourbon, debuted at DU’s 2025 Homecoming celebration.
