Lochlea Orchard & Oak Single Estate is a Lowland Scotch single malt made at Lochlea Distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland, where the barley is grown, distilled and matured entirely on-site. It is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon, virgin American oak and Calvados casks, giving it a fruit-forward profile with notes of fresh apple, buttery caramel and gentle oak spice, per the brand. Bottled at 46% ABV, natural color and non-chill filtered, it retails for around £50 (approximately $60-65 USD).
