St. Oak is a nonalcoholic whiskey alternative released in November 2025 by Little Saints, a Miami-based brand founded in 2021 by Megan Klein. The zero-proof offering is made with American and French oak along with vanilla, cardamom and caramel extracts. It also includes lion’s mane, reishi and damiana. St. Oak is intended to be enjoyed neat or in classic whiskey cocktails as a spirit alternative and retails for $49.99 per bottle.

Warm baking spices on the nose, with cinnamon candies, tobacco leaf, clove, stewed citrus, vanilla frosting, caramel and chai tea.
Wet oak leads the palate, followed by vanilla sugar, lemon peel, chili pepper heat, black coffee, cassia, brown sugar, allspice and clove.
Unsweetened iced tea and cardamom on the finish, settling into earthy mushroom with a spicy cinnamon stick and star anise exhale.
A touch thin on the palate, yet still complex and engaging. Oak and warm baking spices drive the experience, with a subtle cinnamon tingle lingering on the lips and tongue. It feels deliberate, meant for slow sipping, especially during fall and the holidays. Little Saints St. Oak works well in creative mocktails, but for me, it shines simply over ice with an orange wedge.
