  • Nose:

Sweet citrus on the nose with a hint of fruity gummy bears.

  • Taste:

Lemon juice, mint leaf, angelica, heather, elderberry juice and elderflower lead the gently effervescent palate, followed by an oddly enjoyable play-dough note reminiscent of vanilla sugar and cherry.

  • Finish:

The short finish reveals an earthy mushroom character alongside wet soil, hay, honey and tongue-coating monk fruit sweetness.

  • Overall:

This makes for an easy spring or summer mocktail, with a soft, refreshing profile and a pleasant mix of fruity and floral flavors. The elderflower-forward character and monk fruit sweetness may not appeal to everyone, but it should be a hit among fans of botanical sodas and smooth-sipping cocktail alternatives.
