Ledgerock Distillery Farm Boy Wheated Bourbon is the distillery’s best-selling bourbon, made with 30% wheat in the mash bill and bottled at 90 proof. It is crafted from corn and wheat grown on the Retzer farm in Wisconsin. The family-owned distillery, located between Fond du Lac and Eden, uses limestone-filtered water from the Niagara Escarpment for distillation.
