Decadent, sweet-but-not-too-sweet nose. There's plenty of honey here, but the nose isn't cloying, which makes for an excellent experience. There's a nice oak presence, plus some cinnamon, waffle cone, sourdough and blackberry
Really pleasant. Not overly sweet at all despite the honey finish. Rich palate that's oak-forward with honey, fudge, almonds, custard, cherries, tobacco and tea.
Black pepper, cinnamon, oak and a big dose of honey — but again, it avoids cloying territory.
Really lovely bourbon. The honey finish isn't at all overdone, and the flavors it imparts aren't artificial-tasting or sickly sweet. It tastes like real, raw honey, which pairs beautifully with the oak and distillate.
