Produced in Denver, Colorado, using sour mash and double distillation, Laws Whiskey House Calvados Cask Single Malt Whiskey has a mashbill of 99% barley malt and 1% rye malt. It aged in 53-gallon American white oak barrels with a char level of three before receiving a secondary finish in 400-liter Calvados casks. The final bottled proof is 138.4, and a total of 354 bottles were produced. The whiskey is non-chill filtered.
