Laws Whiskey House Bonded Four Grain Straight Bourbon is the first bonded bourbon in Colorado, per the distillery. This spirit has an ABV of 50% and features a mashbill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye and 10% heirloom malted barley. It ages for over seven years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels.

  • This one was tough. It had way more spice and oak than expected from the mash bill and aging. At a guess, it might be best served with a few small cubes or one large one.
