  • Sweet, sour cherry leaning nose with a lot of oak and mild char. Smooth and spicy entry with a surprising ease considering the overproof release. Hits all areas of the palate equally leaving a slight burnt toffee at the back of the mouth with baking spice and plenty of rye at the forefront.
