  • Nose:

Lovely nose full of apple pie with flaky crust, sweet cream and brown sugar.

  • Taste:

The palate opens with a huge, delicious caramel apple note, which is joined by brown sugar, cinnamon and eggy custard.

  • Finish:

The finish leads with toasted oak, crème brûlée, green apple and tannin.

  • Overall:

Banger of a batch! It's not the most complex bourbon in the world, but it's a straight-up apple bomb. Delectable bourbon.

  • Score:

    92
