Larceny Barrel Proof is a small batch wheated bourbon produced by Heaven Hill using a mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. Aged 6 to 8 years, it is bottled uncut and non-chill filtered at full barrel strength. Proof varies by batch. Releases arrive three times per year -- in January, May and September -- and availability depends on current stock.
