Laneta Tequila Añejo, produced at Casa Maestri in Jalisco, Mexico, uses 100% blue weber agave sourced from Los Altos and Tequila Valley. The agave cooks in brick ovens and high-pressure autoclaves before extraction with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using deep well water. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in American white oak barrels. It rests at 40% ABV.
