  • Lovely and complex, this Tobasiche shys away from garlic, funk and cocktail onion and unearths a fruitier side that pairs well with the ashy smoke notes.

  • Nose:

Vibrant, funky, fruity, and a touch sour. Bright notes of lemon curd, honey, baking clay, cocktail onions and big berry sweetness. A wild ride that's just beginning.

  • Taste:

Sweet on the palate at first. Notes of blueberry, honey, a touch of pepper. Rich on the palate, great viscosity.

  • Finish:

Long ashy finish that blends the sweetness and fruits from the nose and palate with bold ash, ember and some slate / minerality.

  • Overall:

Lovely and complex, this Tobasiche shys away from garlic, funk and cocktail onion and unearths a fruitier side that pairs well with the ashy smoke notes.
